MCO PROGRAM

Operation readiness support
The test benches developed by LEIC are complex technical systems, combining electronics, embedded computing, and precision metrology. To ensure their long-term reliability, scalability, and compliance, a rigorous and structured follow-up is essential.
This is the rationale behind our Operational Readiness Support (ORS) offering. Far more than a standard maintenance contract, ORS secures the operation of your equipment, preserves the traceability of your tests, and anticipates the risk of downtime.
It naturally serves as the operational extension of the delivered test benches, ensuring their long-term availability and adaptability to technical developments.
A Fully Managed, Simple and Efficient MCO
Our Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) contract includes:
– Remote support and technical assistance, provided by our engineers
– Remote diagnostics in case of failure, including analysis of system files and logs
– Annual software update of the NS1-Manager software
– Electronic updates included in case of major system evolutions
– Secure backup of the test bench database on LEIC servers
– Monitoring of hardware and software obsolescence, with proactive adaptation proposals to ensure long-term equipment availability
– Maintenance and repair operations carried out at LEIC’s facilities
– Systematic intervention reports after each action
– Periodic reports on the technical condition of the equipment
– Automatic reminders for calibration due dates
Starting from the end of the first year of warranty, the MCO also covers wear parts (pins, inserts, connectors, etc.). LEIC maintains a permanent maintenance stock, enabling immediate interventions without supply delays.
If needed, the bench is returned to our workshops, repaired, requalified, and shipped back as quickly as possible.
The MCO contract is established per test bench and can be tailored to your organization. It ensures fast response times, controlled service continuity, and full transparency over all operations, without on-site intervention.
